Tell us about your roof.

Call or send a request. We will discuss your panel count, access, and cleaning needs before you make a decision.

Electrical testing, repair, and installation are outside this service. Unsafe access means we cannot proceed.

With cleaning, we can visually check roof tiles within the safely visible area and share photos of obvious cracks or movement. This does not assess hidden issues or guarantee a leak-free roof.

Surface cleaning and visible condition notes

Why visible tile damage deserves attention
A roof condition example

Tile surface: before and after treatment

Notice cracks or displaced tiles? Arrange a timely assessment. The surface is only one part of the picture; underlayment, flashing and hidden conditions still need on-site evaluation.

After surface treatment · dark material over the break
These photos document a visible surface change. The material and hidden roof condition are not established by the images; they do not verify tile replacement, an underlayment repair, a water test, or lasting leak protection.
Frequently asked questions

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How often should solar panels be cleaned?+

There is no universal schedule. Dust, birds, rainfall, panel tilt, and production data all matter. We recommend a practical interval after assessment.

Doesn't rain clean the panels?+

Rain removes some loose dust but may leave mineral spots. It rarely removes stuck bird droppings, oily residue, or buildup along the frame.

Can cleaning damage the panels?+

Walking on panels, abrasive tools, and thermal shock can cause damage. We choose tools and procedures based on the panel and site conditions.

How much output will cleaning restore?+

Results depend on soiling, system condition, and weather. We do not promise a fixed percentage; we use documentation and actual performance data.

Can I discuss other roof or system concerns?+

During cleaning discussions, you can mention tile or solar-system concerns, localized roof repair, refurbishment, and coating options. Safely visible issues can be photographed. Suitability needs on-site review; roof work requires a separate written quote from an appropriately licensed contractor. Suitable reflective coatings may reduce roof heat absorption; results depend on the roof and coating system.

How we price fairly

Not a guess.
A price that makes sense.

Standard cleaning is priced by panel count and roof access. For 25 panels, one story is $205; standard two-story access is $295. These are different access conditions, not two plans for the same job.

Standard cleaning$175 · up to 20 panels21–49: +$6 per extra panelStandard two story: +$9050+ panels, three+ stories, steep or special roofs, heavy soiling, extra crew/equipment, or unsafe access require manual review. We decline work when safe access cannot be established.

How much energy
could dust be costing you?

Explore an annual soiling-loss scenario. The result is a reference, not a cleaning quote or a forecast of savings.

Standard cleaning pricesOne story: $175 for up to 20 panels; add $6 per panel for 21–49. Standard two-story access adds $90.
Illustrative inputs: 1,200 kWh per kW per year, 0.4 kW per panel, and $0.345/kWh. Replace them with your system and tariff data. No production, savings, or payback guarantee.
Annual soiling-loss scenario960 kWh
Scenario energy value / year$331
How to read this scenarioThis assumes the selected loss persists for a full year. One cleaning does not automatically recover this annual value; rainfall, new soiling, export credits, and system condition change the result. Do not multiply the annual value by the number of cleanings.

Site assessment needed

Unknown area/material, leaks, severe damage, or an unverified coating system require manual review.

Ranges are roof area × third-party per-sqft benchmarks, not matched bids. Minimum charges, roof preparation, access, permits, tax, and solar removal may change the total. Included cleaning is not added again. No waterproofing, lifespan, or energy-saving guarantee.
